Shipping & Payment Info

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday by UPS ground or FedEx ground service for orders in the continental US. International orders will ship through USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer. We are closed on the weekends so keep that in mind. If you require special services, please let us know. Sorry, no PayPal payments if the shipping address is AP/APO.

Most orders placed before 02:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day. You may reference the map below to estimate the arrival time of your purchase. *Additional Shipping charges may be added to your order, particularly if the order is large and heavy or contains bulky, hard to ship items. This is a rare occurrence.

Back Orders

On occasion some items may be out of stock. It is our policy to back order out of stock items and ship upon first availability, unless specified otherwise. IF YOU DO NOT WANT ITEMS BACK ORDERED, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER.

Return Policy
